Sea‑Warden ("we", "our", "us") is a Discord bot and web verification service used to link Discord accounts with Roblox accounts for the game Seashell. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

When you use our verification system we collect:
- Discord Data: Discord User ID, username, and avatar.
- Roblox Data: Roblox User ID and username.
We do not collect passwords or payment information.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the linked account information to enable and enforce Seashell game features, including but not limited to:
- Assigning in‑game roles and permissions tied to Discord accounts.
- Automatically deafening or muting players when they die in events.
- Enabling Discord commands that trigger in‑game actions.
- Restricting access for unwaved, banned, or otherwise restricted players.
The linked data is used for any in‑game or community activity that requires account association.
4. Data Retention
We retain your Discord and Roblox link data indefinitely until you unlink your account or until Seashell permanently shuts down.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored on secure systems and is accessible only to authorized Seashell staff and services required for operation and moderation.
6. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your data. Your information may be accessed internally by Seashell staff for moderation, community management, and game functionality.
7. Your Rights
You may request unlinking or deletion of your data at any time by opening a support ticket in the Seashell Support Server:

We comply with applicable U.S. data privacy laws and regulations.
9. Changes to this Policy

2. Service Description
Sea‑Warden links your Discord account with your Roblox account for the purpose of enabling Seashell game features and community functionality.
3. User Responsibilities
When using this service you agree to:
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Roblox's Terms of Use.
- Provide accurate account information when linking.
- Not attempt to abuse, exploit, or bypass the verification system.
4. Data & Privacy
Collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
5. Suspension & Revocation
We reserve the right to unlink, suspend, or ban users from the service if they violate Seashell rules, are banned from the Discord server or game, or attempt to exploit the system.
6. No Warranty
This service is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding uptime, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
